ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the judgment dated 20.08.2019 in Criminal Appeal No.830 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.
2. No representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. When the matter came up for hearing on 28.10.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and sought time to file the death certificate. The matter was posted to 22.11.2022. On that day, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the same and sought time. The matter was adjourned. Even today also, death certificate is not filed. No memo in proof of service of notice to respondent No.2 filed.
4. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, confirming the judgment dated 20.08.2019 in Criminal Appeal No.830 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.
