JUDGMENT:
When this matter was listed on 26.12.2022, as there was no representation for the appellants in the forenoon or in the afternoon, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 27.12.2022.
2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation for the appellants either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
