CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.755 OF 2009
JUDGMENT:
The petitioner who is the husband of the respondent filed the present revision questioning the order dt.09.03.2009 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII ACJ, Hyderabad, in granting monthly maintenance.
Though the case was listed on 20.10.2022, 07.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of revision petitioner. Even, when the matter is listed to-day, there is no representation on behalf of revision petitioner.
The order challenged in the revision is of the year 2009. No reasons to keep the revision petition pending.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move any forum, if the cause survives.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
