JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
As per the proceeding sheet a direction was given to deposit certain amount and he filed an application for extension of the time for depositing amount and it was dismissed. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
