JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel for the appellants. On instructions it is submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Prayer made is considered and permitted to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
