2. Smt.Sunitha, learned counsel representing Sri Vivek Jain, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the parties have compromised the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2019 before the Lok Adalat and therefore, cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
3. The said submissions are taken on record.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
