2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject suit in O.S.No.144 of 2009 placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject suit was reserved for judgment.
3. In view of these circumstances, it is not appropriate to go into the merits of the appeal.
4. With the above observation, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of.
