JUDGMENT:
In spite of granting repeated adjournments no one appeared on behalf of the appellant, though the matter is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". None appeared. It seems that the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.
2. Under these circumstances, this MACMA is dismissed for non prosecution.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
