JUDGMENT:
1. There was no representation on behalf of learned counsel appearing for either side on 21.10.2021 and 14.12.2022. Therefore, this Court directed to list the matter under the caption, "for dismissal". Even today i.e., on 16.12.2022, there is no representation on either side.
2. Hence, the City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
