CRIMINAL PETITION No.9476 OF 2017
ORDER:
Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.474 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.
2. No representation on petitioners' side on call.
3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the judgment was pronounced by convicting the petitioners and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
5. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
