      These appeals are filed by the appellant/plaintiff aggrieved

by the common order, dated 04.07.2019, passed in I.A.No.1486

of 2018 in I.A.No.1136 of 2018 and I.A.No.1136 of 2018 in

O.S.No.115 of 2018 by the learned Principal District Judge,

Khammam.


2.    Heard. Perused the record.


3.    A perusal of the letter, dated 30.11.2022, filed by the

learned counsel for the respondents in C.M.A.No.949 of 2019

and the material annexed thereto reveals that the subject Suit was disposed of on 22.04.2022.

4. Under these circumstances, the cause in these appeals does not survive for adjudication.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these appeals shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
