CRIMINAL APPEAL No.872 of 2010
JUDGMENT:
1. Seeking the Court to set-aside the judgment in Crl.A.No.46 of 2007, dated 22.04.2010, on the file of the Court of I Additional Sessions Judge, Khammam, the present Criminal Appeal is filed.
2. No representation on Appellant's side on call. On 30.11.2022 and even on this day, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the Appellant/de facto complainant is no more.
3. In the light of the said submission and as no steps were taken by any others to represent the appellant and to conduct the Criminal Appeal, the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
