CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL No.147 of 2016
JUDGMENT:
1. Today (14.12.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated that instead of going into the merits of the appeal, the appellant is willing to vacate the premises, if reasonable time is granted. To that effect, the appellant has also filed an affidavit of undertaking.
2. Considering the affidavit of undertaking filed by the appellant, this City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed granting time to the appellant to vacate the premises by 31.05.2023 as undertook by him. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
