CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.80 OF 2020
ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner, who is respondent in M.C.No.272 of 2016, aggrieved by the order dated 13.10.2019 of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast case-cum- Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum- IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in M.C.No.272 of 2016 awarding maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to each of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, totaling to Rs.18,000/- per month.
2. There is no representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Though notice was served on the respondents, they failed to engage any counsel or failed to appear before this Court. Hence, this Court proceeded to decide the petition on merits.
4. Perused the judgment of the trial court.
5. As the order of the trial court would disclose that on considering the evidence of the witnesses and the documents exhibited before it, the trial court passed a reasoned order, awarding maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to each of the petitioners therein (respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein), this Court does not find any need to interfere with the same.
6. As such, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed confirming the orders of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast case-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in M.C.No.272 of 2016, dated 13.10.2018.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
