AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Writ Appeal No.572 of 2011 JUDGMENT : (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the State Government seeking reference of the dispute-in-question under Section 17 Sub-Section (2) of the Working Journalists and Other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955.
2. In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
3. It is needless to say that if the appellants approach the State Government, the State Government shall entertain the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
