AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Writ Appeal No.1838 of 2013 JUDGMENT : (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to pursue the Writ Petition which is pending before this Court, viz. Writ Petition No.19606 of 2013.
2. In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
