Bench: Shameem Akther, Nagesh Bheemapaka
THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER

AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA FAMILY COURT APPEAL Nos.23 OF 2010 AND 374 OF 2012 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant/husband in both the appeals would submit that the parties to the litigation are living together. He made an effort to get a Memo from the appellant/husband to that effect, but he could not do so, as the appellant/husband did not turn up to his office.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant/husband, it appears that the appellant/husband has no interest to pursue the appeals.

4. Under these circumstances, these appeals are dismissed for default.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these appeals shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
