2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the appellants/plaintiffs would submit that the subject Suit in O.S.No.138 of 2015 on the file of learned XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, was dismissed for default on 23.02.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
4. The said submissions are taken on record.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
