THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY
CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2852 of 2022
ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners. Perused the order impugned dated 27.04.2022 in I.A.No.79 of 2022 in FCOP No.99 of 2019 and also perused the orders dated 16.03.2020 in O.P.No.99 of 2019.
2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as per the Passport and other official documents, the name of father of the respondent is mentioned as "Sridhara Lakshmi Naryana" but in the impugned judgment, it is mentioned as "S.Laxmi Naryana" which may cause some problems in future. Accordingly, the said application was filed in I.A.No.79 of 2022 under Section 152 of C.P.C. It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel that the application was not filed in the proper format under the relevant provisions of Law and requested for a liberty to file appropriate applications before the appropriate forum.
3. Therefore, while recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the 2 of 2 revision petitioners to file appropriate application for the said remedy.
In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
