AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT APPEAL No.811 of 2022 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan) Heard Mr. D.Jagadeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. After hearing the matter at some length, we permit the appellant to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file application for modification of our order dated 31.10.2022 passed in Writ Appeal Nos.685, 686 & 710 of 2022.
3. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal with liberty as sought for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
