Heard. Perused the record.
2. Pursuant to the order, dated 05.12.2022, passed by this
Court, Registrar (Judicial-I) submitted information with regard to
the case status of the subject suit O.S.No.773 of 2011, which
reveals that subject suit O.S.No.773 of 2011 was disposed of on
24.10.2017
by the XVI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri.
3. Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
