2.    Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the

subject suit in O.S.No.124 of 2016 was disposed of on

23.06.2020

and therefore, cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

3. The said submissions are taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
