When the taken up for hearing learned counsel for appellant submitted that the record is not available with him.
On 28.09.2022, Registry is directed to trace out record and if it is not traced, re-construct the record with the assistance of counsel representing both parties. As the learned counsel for appellant stated that the record is not available with him, this court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.
Hence, the Appeal is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
