JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
On 22.11.2022, there was no representation for the appellant and on 27.10.2022 there is no representation. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
