      Heard the learned counsel for the respondents and

perused the record.

2. In spite of listing the matter under the caption "for orders", there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants have no interest to pursue the matter.

3. The subject suit is ripened for disposal. Hence, it is not appropriate to express any opinion in relation to the merits of the case and the same can be adverted to when the subject suit is finally determined in between the parties.

4. In view of these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
