and perused the record.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 7 would submit that the subject suit in O.S.No.750 of 2013 is coming up for hearing.
3. In spite of listing the matter under the caption "for orders", there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest to pursue the matter.
4. Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
