2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that the subject suit in O.S.No.1249 of 2013 was dismissed as not pressed on 28.01.2021. The case status information placed before this Court by the Registry also reveals the same.
3. In view of these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
