In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that the subject suit in O.S.No.131 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, was dismissed for default on 27.10.2021. The online case status of the subject O.S.No.131 of 2015 placed before this Court by the Registry also reveals the same.
3. In view of these circumstances, the cause in these appeals does not survive for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Nos.1014, 1015 and 1016 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
