AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1018 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) Heard. Perused the record.

2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that during the pendency of the subject suit in O.S.No.927 of 2011 before the Court below, the parties to the suit entered into a compromise and in terms of the compromise, the matter was settled before Lok Adalat and the subject suit was disposed of on 17.06.2021. Therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

3. The said submissions are taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
