Heard the learned counsel for respondent No.1 and perused
the record.
2. There is no representation for the appellant.
3. A perusal of the online case status of the subject O.S.No.82 of 2007 placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject Suit was disposed of on 30.11.2018.
4. Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
