JUDGMENT:
1. No representation from the learned counsel for the appellant.
2. This Court by Order dated 15.11.2022 has extended the time for publication of notices on the unserved respondents in I.A.No.3 of 2022 on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the credit of the Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad. Inspite of extension of time for filing the proof of publication, there is no response from the appellant.
3. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
