JUDGMENT:
I.A No.8 of 2022 is filed seeking to allow the second appeal in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise, dated 29.08.2022.
2. This appeal preferred by the appellant, was referred to the Lok-Adalat on 12.11.2022 and an award was passed. The award discloses that the parties have entered into compromise as per the terms set out in I.A No.8 of 2022.
3. Accordingly, I.A No.8 of 2022 is disposed of and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award dated 12.11.2022 passed in the Lok-Adalat.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
