JUDGMENT:
Today, a memo is filed by the learned counsel for the appellants reporting that the matter was settled between the parties outside the Court as per the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 03.12.2022. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal and an endorsement is also made on the docket to that effect.
2. Memo and contentions of the counsel are recorded.
3. In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as Withdrawn. No order as to costs.
