JUDGMENT:
When this matter was listed on 18.11.2022, there was no representation for both the counsel, therefore, it was directed to be listed on 25.11.2022. However, when the matter was listed on 02.12.2022, there was no representation for the appellant in the forenoon or in the afternoon, therefore, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 05.12.2022.
2. Today also, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
