ORDER:
1. Seeking the Court to quash the judgment in Crl.R.P.No.176 of 2014, dated 16.12.2014, on the file of the Court of VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in confirming the order in Crl.M.P.No.1827 of 2014 in C.C.No.91 of 2013, dated 04.08.2014, on the file of the Court of II Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hasthinapuram, the present Criminal Petition is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
