Challenge in this Criminal Appeal is the judgment that is rendered by the Court of Special Judge for trial of Offences under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act-cum-V Additional District Judge and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy, in SC. ST. SC.No.37 of 2008, dated 20.04.2011.
2. Sri Y.Swaroop Sai, learned counsel, representing Sri C.M.R.Velu, learned counsel on record for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Appeal.
