APPEAL SUIT No.209 of 2016
JUDGMENT:
1. The present appeal has been directed against the judgment and decree dated 16.12.2015 in O.S.No.38 of 2013 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of offences under SC/ST. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act -cum- V Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.
2. There is no representation for the appellants.
3. On the last date of hearing, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for appellants reported not ready, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for appellants. This shows that the appellants have not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non- prosecution.
4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
