JUDGMENT:
It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that, both the appellants are no more and inspite of addressing a letter, there is no response from the legal heirs of the appellants, therefore, he has no instructions to proceed with the case.
In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed as abated, as the LRs of appellants were not brought on record. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
