AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.379 of 2022 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1 C.P.C., is filed by the appellant/defendant aggrieved by the order, dated 30.06.2022, passed in I.A.No.450 of 2020 in O.S.No.22 of 2020 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar.

2. Heard. Perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the parties to the litigation filed a compromise memo before the Court below in the subject Suit and as such, the appellant/defendant does not intend to proceed with the present appeal.

4. The said submissions are taken on record.

5. In view of these circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
