When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellants.
On 12.10.2022, there is no representation for the appellants and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 07.11.2022, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the matter was adjourned to today. Today, there is no representation for the appellants. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellants are not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
