JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. Respondent's counsel present.
On 04.11.2022, there is no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
