JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the party-in-person. Respondents' counsel present.
On 04.11.2022, there is no representation for the party-in-person and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the party-in-person. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the party-in-person is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
