JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
On 01.12.2022, both the counsel present and the learned counsel for the respondent stated that there was some development in the suit schedule land and therefore, the cause in the appeal became infructuous. At request of the learned counsel for the appellant for ensuring the same, the matter is adjourned to today. Today, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
