JUDGMENT
When the taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submitted that the record is not available with him.
Office made an endorsement that the bundle is not found in section.
The record is not available with the Court and also with the learned Government Pleader. Therefore, this court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal. Learned Government Pleader is at liberty to file an application to reopen appeal, if the case bundle is found at a later point of time.
Therefore, the Appeal is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
