2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject O.S.No.150 of 2013 placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject suit was disposed of on 24.03.2017 by the I Additional District Judge, Khammam.
3. Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
