reveals that the subject suit was decreed with costs on
12.11.2021
by the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
3. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
