AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.916 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.201 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, was settled between the parties and therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
2. Taking on record the said submissions, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
