CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.753 of 2016
JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel on behalf of respondents who submitted that the matter has become infructuous. Perused the record. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the orders in I.A.No.582 of 2015 in O.S.No.23 of 2015 on the file of learned VIII Additional District Judge at Miryalaguda. But as per the Case Status Information, the Original suit was dismissed with costs on 21.01.2022. Therefore, while recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and considering the Case Status Information, as no cause survives, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
