JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel on behalf of the respondents. It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of the respondents that cause does not survive. Verified the case status information, wherein it is found that the original suit in O.S.No.499 of 2009 was decreed with costs on 25.10.2021. Therefore, in view of the fact that original suit is decreed, no cause survives, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
