JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel for the respondents. On instruction, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. Verified the case status information, wherein it is found that the original suit in O.S.No.252 of 2008 was dismissed without costs on 14.02.2022. Since, the original suit is dismissed, as no cause survives, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
